Return Policy
- You may request a replacement or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If your request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 business days, subject to stock availability.
- To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned goods (if return is required).
- Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original source account used for payment.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or offers cannot be refunded.
